    Experts

    César Clause has worked as Real Time Engineer for RTE, security coordinator for Coreso, before moving to project management, first in Coreso on the Flow Based Intraday Capacity Calculation. He moved back to RTE where he was in charge of European affairs for the Operation Department, and project Manager for Convergence, the RTE Energy Management System. He then joined RTE international as Director of the Business Line Digital Systems for Power Networks.

    Alexandre Périn is a power system expert, He worked on cross border capacity calculations for RTE, the largest transmission system operator in Europe. He joined RTE international as adequacy and market expert. He has worked on numerous projects throughout the world, notably in response to challenges such as integration of renewable energies and the security of supply.

    Paul Plessiez has been working at RTE for several years. He was previously involved in the IT design of European capacity coordination projects, and participated in several groups of the ENTSO-e, the European association of transmission system operators. He is now working in the R&D department of RTE, in the Antares team. He is involved in adequacy modelling topics, and more specifically on hydro and transmission capacity modelling.
