Carrying out Live Working on the Monceau A and B substations – replacement of the tensioned “substation” and installation of additional equipment

Services provided

• Unhooking and securing of the tension
• Setting up and installation of the compensation system requested by ELIA between the insulator and the portal support
• Hanging up of the tension with the compensation system on the poral support
• Removing the tension in the clamp
• Adjustment of the tension in relation to the temperature and the closing of the disconnector switch.
• For the Monceau A substation, these actions were carried out on 9 outgoing feeders in single strands and on 2 outgoing feeders in a twin bundle
• For the Monceau B substation, these actions were carried out on 4 outgoing feeders in single strands and on 2 outgoing feeders in a twin bundle
• This service also included the provision of the necessary vehicles, the supply of the equipment required and the consumables needed for the worksite
