Great Place to Work® 2026, third time lucky!
For the third year running, RTE international has been awarded the Great Place to Work® certification in France, a globally recognised standard that assesses quality of life at work and the employee experience. With a satisfaction score of 84%, the renewal of this certification recognises the company’s continued commitment, first made in 2024, to well-being at work and the quality of its working environment.
The results for the survey’s key indicators remain stable:

- Colleagueship: 84%
- Respect: 77%
- Ethics: 80%
- Credibility: 75%
This certification reflects the commitment of employees and their shared desire to contribute to building a healthy working environment. Beyond the certification itself, the indicators gathered also serve as a social barometer for RTE international, helping in particular to identify areas where further progress is needed.
