End of the monopoly on the bulk wholesale purchase of Senelec

As part of Senegal’s electricity reform, removing Sénélec’s monopoly, RTE international has established a roadmap to make third party access to the transmission system operational by the end of 2020.

• Identification of measures and mechanisms to be implemented to achieve an operational Third-Party Access by the end of 2020, including a baseline study
