Conducting an assessment of simulators (DTS) and equipment at training centers (including WAPP Regional Centers of Excellence)
Development of comprehensive training modules to be delivered by the training centers for certification of system operators. The training modules cover essential knowledge of electrical systems, operations, and the WAPP Operations Manual
Selection of trainers and evaluation of their skills
Development of a train-the-trainer manual and organization of training for selected trainers
