With a satisfaction score of 84%, the renewal of this certification recognises the company\u2019s continued commitment, first made in 2024, to well-being at work and the quality of its working environment.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">The results for the survey\u2019s key indicators remain stable:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Pride: 83%<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Colleagueship: 84%<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Respect: 77%<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Ethics: 80%<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Credibility: 75%<\/span><\/span><\/strong><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">This certification reflects the commitment of employees and their shared desire to contribute to building <a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rte-international.com\/carrieres\/\"><u>a healthy working environment<\/u><\/a>. Beyond the certification itself, the indicators gathered also serve as a <b>social barometer<\/b> for RTE international, helping in particular to identify areas where further progress is needed.<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><i>\u201cThis renewal is of great importance to us.
